About the Department
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. We are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist on the validation on base generated, test collection for communication, fulfillment process...
• Support to manage online report tracking lead performance for referral/online lead/PNS lead performance.
• Support on creating EDM/SMS for advertising/ followed the scheme of (campaign, CVP, notification, project...)
• Reserve MKT slots/channels and follow up with related parties to go live these ads on time
• Conduct regularly on market updated and competitor activities.
• Assist tasks related to migration activities
• Support on replying customer's queries and concerns related to credit card products
• Record steps in efficiently and accurately to support on tracking/control
• Completed task assigned by product manager

Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Banking or Business OR have experience working in financial industry
• Number oriented and have basic knowledge of P&L, basic data analytic skills.
• Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders & vendor.
• Strategic thinking skills and time project management to meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced excel skill, PowerPoint & presentation, familiar with social media marketing concepts.
